  • Chestnut Street from Wall to Fulton will be closed to thru traffic
    • Locust Street from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
    • Walnut Street from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
    • Watt Street from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
    • Meigs Avenue from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
    • Mechanic Street from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
    • Fulton Street from Maple to Market will remain closed to thru traffic
  • Minimal traffic impacts will be encountered at the following locations:
    • Intersection of 7th Street/Wall Street
    • Intersection of Maple Street/Wall Street
    • Market Street from Mulberry Street to Graham Street

8th Street Project Road Impacts | Starting at the end of the work day 8/20/21

Ewing Lane Project:

  • 8th Street Closed from Martha Ave to Lilly Lane 
  • The signalized intersection of 8th Street and Ewing Lane is Closed

8Th Street Project: 

  • 8Th Street Closed to thru traffic from Walnut Street to Main Street
  • The following side roads will be open to through traffic on rough pavement through the 8Th Street intersection:
    • Walnut Street
    • Watt Street
    • Meigs Avenue
  • The following side roads will be construction impacted:
    • Penn Street (between 8TH & 9TH Street) and signalized intersection will be Closed
    • Howard Avenue and 9Th Street Intersection – will have flagger traffic control. 
    • Mechanic Street (between 8Th & 9TH Streets) – construction activities off and on through the week. No parking on the southwest side of the roadway. Temporary construction No Parking signs will be posted. 
    • Mechanic Street and 9TH Street Intersection – will have flagger traffic control.
