• Graham Street from Chestnut to E. Market Street will be closed to thru traffic
• Wall Street from Chestnut to E. Market Street will be closed to thru traffic
  • The intersection of Wall Street/E. Market Street will be closed to thru traffic
• E. Market Street between Locust Street and Main Street will remain closed to thru traffic
• The intersection of E. Market Street/Spring Street will be closed starting on/after Monday, January 24, 2022
